Chatbot helps people to solve their problems via conversational UI. Our chatbots are launched on LINE — the most poplar messaging app in Taiwan.
I’ve participated in 3 healthcare-related chatbot projects — 2 hospital chatbots that help people register and track their diagnosis result, and 1 chatbot for Taiwan Centers of Disease Control for people check disease information.
In order to develop a character to each chatbot, we held “character design workshops“ to collect client’s thoughts and ideas. Not only did we design the outside of the character, but also we did the inside (characteristic setting) of each character as it influences how the character talks to people. Here are the characters and visual assets for each project.
